Support of the execution and evolution of the client’s e-marketplace strategy.
Repricing Strategies
Management of pricing and adherence to client’s price policies.

Support of the growth and expansion of the client’s brand’s catalogue.

GOLD

Our category-specific brand managers are assigned to each brand partner at the onset of each partnership. This brand manager regularly works with you to report on all services delivered and ensure full satisfaction with strategy development, weekly reporting on sales and SSP violations, inventory and shipment planning, market assessment, assortment expansion, and new product launching.

Product Review Management
Percy Group will solicit product and seller account reviews, as appropriate, following product purchases. Percy Group may also monitor and respond to product reviews under the guidance of the client.
Product Storage, Handling and Delivery
Support for various shipment services including; Fulfilment by Amazon, Seller Fulfilled Prime, Fulfilment by Merchant (whether stored and shipped by Percy Group or the client), on and off-Amazon sales (for sales on other online marketplaces, own website sales, etc).

Returns Management
For product returns, Percy Group evaluates the products and will take appropriate action to either send the items back to inventory, dispose of, return it to the client, or make a claim to the e-marketplace to resolve issues.

SILVER

Our category-specific brand managers are assigned to each brand partner at the onset of each partnership. This brand manager regularly works with you to report on all services delivered and ensure full satisfaction with strategy development, weekly reporting on sales and SSP violations, inventory and shipment planning, market assessment, assortment expansion, and new product launching.

Advertising Campaign Management
Create, maintain and optimise advertising campaigns for the client’s e-marketplace listings per agreed upon strategy. Percy Group will perform continual keyword analysis to achieve optimal results and maximise the client’s product visibility for relevant searches & customer behaviour on the e-marketplace. Budget is agreed upon upfront and all advertising costs will be passed on to the client.
Demand Planning
Management of inventory levels and work to prevent/minimise stock outages and development of understanding re-inventory availability and lead times.
Deal/Promotion Support
Partnering with the client to build/execute an e-marketplace promotional strategy. Percy Group will provide e-marketplace promotional recommendations to the client based on agreed upon goals. All promotional costs will be agreed upon and passed on to the client.

Price Policy Monitoring
Tracking prices and sellers of products and reporting SSP violations to the client.
Intellectual Property Violations
Removing listings or images identified by the brand as unlawfully using the brand’s trademark, copyright, or as potentially counterfeit.
Reselling Policy Support
Assisting the brand in drafting and developing the right price policy and/or authorised seller program.
